This just makes me so happy.
I haven’t watched American Idol in a few years, but this year I’ve been catching all the news on it because a guy I went to high school with (Phillip Phillips) is currently in the top three I think. I had the pleasure of meeting him this past December because I had heard a lot about him and wanted some songs from him to play at the radio station here in Athens.
His style has always been compared to Dave Matthews because from what I’ve heard he is a huge Dave Matthews fan, and I have to say, when I read this article I had to hold back a few tears. I know I don’t really know Phillip, but to know how much he has always looked up to Dave Matthews and to read this article is just really cool.
Congrats Phillip, you rock.
